Designed with expert insight advice from Phil, the new performance rugby range of superbly designed on the pitch team wear and accessories includes playing shirts, shorts, training jackets and pants, armour and skins.

In the autumn of 2007 Raging Bull Clothing expanded from its roots in on the pitch performance gear to off the pitch leisure wear. Its menswear leisure range delivers urban design, casual clothing, and targeting sporty and non-sporty people.

The design-led collection takes Raging Bull off the field with casual clothing collection that has wide appeal across all age groups, and comprises short and long sleeve pique polo shirts, short sleeve slogan and appliquéd casual t-shirts, leisure rugby-style jersey shirts and branded hoodies. Its new season collection has been taken by high street retailer Debenhams in Gloucester, as well as High & Mighty at a number of their stores across the UK and Ireland. The number of stockists now taking this label is moving at a great pace, and includes the RFU, rfudirect.com, kitbag.com and London Wasps store; and many independent retailers.

The leisure collection also comprises the Tackle It collection, a range of tees and hoodies carrying a charity fund-raising logo. Tackle It raises awareness and monies for testicular cancer, in liaison with the UK men’s cancer charity Orchid. Raging Bull supplies the official Tackle It clothing range where 30% of proceeds go to this great cause.

Corporate wear is also one of the fast-growth sectors for the company delivering high-quality yet affordable company-branded clothing for local and national businesses; offering a unique brand at competitive prices, fast turnaround times, in-house embroidery facilities and no minimum quantities.

Off the pitch and on the road, Mitsubishi Motors has already snapped Phil up to partner with on the launch of their aptly named new L200 truck "Raging Bull" and recently extended the series to include other models. The success of the branded L200 has surpassed company expectations and has accounted for the highest sales of any one brand in the total UK pick up market across all car manufacturers.

Phil Vickery Junior Rugby Academy - In 2008 Phil kicked off his Rugby School academy for juniors in the south west of England – a range of classes for girls and boys during school holidays to develop their skills with RFU qualified coaches; supporting his passion for grassroots rugby with kids. In the first year a few hundred children attended these holiday classes – with a great turnout in Truro last October. The holiday classes continue in the south west during the 209 school holidays.

In May 2009, Raging Bull teamed up with sports clothing manufacturer Halbro, and announced the exciting formation of a new-look company, Raging Bull Sportswear, dedicated to the design and supply of sportswear yet with all the Phil Vickery and player endorsement activities that go with a powerful presence in the rugby industry.  This partnership brought together the best of a British design and a powerful sports brand in Phil, with Halbro’s solid, established manufacturing expertise and facilities, to give fast, high quality design-to-supply and extremely quick lead times setting the company apart from other clothing suppliers.

In August, Raging Bull revealed a major new deal with iconic high street retail chain Debenhams. The clothing store’s branch in Gloucester is piloting the range and is the latest retailer to be stocking the leisure brand’s summer 2009 collection and the forthcoming winter range. Debenhams in Gloucester has recently undergone a major refurbishment with a brand new sports floor where the Raging Bull collection is being sold. David Potts, store manager at Debenhams in Gloucester said, “We are delighted to be stocking the Raging Bull collection and this is perfect timing having recently opened our contemporary sports floor in the store. It fits well with our brand mix and we believe it will be very popular as sales to date have been very encouraging.” Debenhams has launched new sports departments at 41 stores nationwide and Raging Bull plans for the brand to be rolled out nationwide at other Debenhams sportswear stores during 2010.
