Around 60 national, and local journalists, sports press, TV and radio, business guests, England rugby supporters and competition winners attended the event to hear Phil Vickery talk about his life as a former Gloucester player, his move to Wasps as prop, life as the England captain - and the latest news from his clothing company Raging Bull.
“I am proud that our new leisure collection is now being stocked at Twickenham. I set out to launch a brand of clothing that looks great off the field as well as well as on, and the Tough Enough collection is great leisure wear that is ideally suited to sporty as well as non-sporty people.”
Following the launch, Phil then went to the Twickenham Rugby Store to meet around 150 fans and sign their memorabilia. People waited up to an hour to meet the legendary Raging Bull.
“I really enjoyed meeting the fans of rugby, it was a great turn out and I found time to speak with everyone. I hope that I can inspire more people, especially the kids, to get involved with our sport, which is experiencing an all time high in popularity,” added Phil.
The new Raging Bull ‘Tough Enough’ capsule comprises a collection of urban design short and long sleeve pique polo shirts, short sleeve slogan and appliquéd casual t-shirts, leisure rugby-style jersey shirts and branded hoodies www.ragingbull.co.uk
