Well these are definitely uncertain times in which we are living and before I say anything about our business, I want to say that I realise the pandemic is affecting us all let’s hope we get back to normality shortly. Stay safe, stay well.
We have been following the advice of Public Health England very closely and continue to make adjustments to our business practices in order to best protect our staff and customers. In our stores we had increased our cleaning routines and extended these to areas that wouldn’t usually see daily cleaning regimes. I would like to extend my thanks to our shop workers and cleaners who have diligently tackled these jobs for us. Unfortunately, due to the ever growing risk of infection and our obligations to protect both our staff and customers, we have now made the decision to close all of our standalone and outlet stores for the forseeable future.
Our online operations are currently unaffected by the virus and so long as our logistics partners and warehouses stay operational, then we will of course be at your service. Our head office is closed but we are still handling customer enquires remotely via email and also with the "Can we help" button which you'll now find at the bottom of every page on our website. Due to heavily increased workloads with distribution partners, there may be some slight delays in delivery at present but is generally limited to an additional day.
As a thank you for your continued custom and to cheers us all up, we are taking 20% off everything full price on site, no codes required, no multi-purchase necessary. We have also extended our returns period to 60 days.
As things change we will keep our website updated and let you know what is going on, but for now, I know you are here reading this as either a loyal customer or a prospective purchaser of my brand and for that I thank you.
