This World Cup has seen teams like Romania and Japan stepping up to the mark and showing some fantastic skills , leaving Scotland and France on the back foot.
It was gutting for Wales who were fantastic against South Africa - I could feel the agony of that one point loss.
And England, what can I say. We didn't play well and the Argies were good at spoiling any of our ball and played a stronger game; on the flip side - 12 months ago England would have actually lost the game.
Would they have had the belief? I agree with most people that Ben Young injected some much needed urgency and did impact on a difficult first game.
But England got the win and need to build up to the next match.
