How can I contact you?
The easiest way to contact us directly is through the main 'Contact Us' page on this website - especially outside of office hours. You can find the link in the footer of every page.

Our UK based Customer Support team work 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). They are very knowledgable and always happy to help. We are a small business so please be patient with us at busy times.

We have integrity, pride and passion in everything we do and constantly strive to bring the highest quality products and the best service to our loyal customers.
Our clothes look good, fit great and we know you'll love them as much as we do. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a no quibble 90 day returns policy.
Can I Visit a Raging Bull Store?
There are a number of Raging Bull stores and concessions across the UK, from our home town of Gloucester to Newcastle to London. You can find the locations on the 'Store Finder' page - linked in the footer of every page on this website.

Orders & Shipping

Where's my order?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order on our website. Please check your spam/junk mail folders to make sure you have it. If you've received the email - good news! we have your order and are processing it.

If you selected Next Day Delivery and checked out before 3pm on a week day, you should receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number within a few hours - this means we've processed your order, picked the stock in our warehouse and have got it ready for delivery.

If you placed your order after 3pm, it will be processed the next working day.

If you selected Standard Delivery you should receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number within 2 full working days (this may be slightly longer at busy times and peak sales periods such as Black Friday and in the run up to Christmas).

Please note: The emails with tracking information will be sent directly from the delivery company e.g. Royal Mail, DPD etc. Their emails may also land in your junk/spam folder - please check.

If you have not received your Order Confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, then there might be a problem. Please check your payment methods to see if the payment was made correctly.

How can I make changes to my order?
Once you have completed your order on our website it is automatically processed and sent to our warehouse for fulfilment. However, during office hours our Customer Support team should be able to help you if you have realised there is something wrong with your order - e.g. you received your order confirmation email and it has the wrong size for a product.

For issues like this, please follow the 'Contact Us' link in the footer of every page on this website and get in touch with our Customer Support team directly.
How do I make a return?
Returning products to us is a very simple process, but must be done within 90 days of receiving the goods.

Simply follow the links in the footer of this website to 'Returns' where the process is explained.

If the size isn't quite right for you and you want to exchange for a different size, you can do this too. There is a section in the returns portal where you can enter a message - simply tell our Customer Support team there that you want to exchange the item and what size you would like instead.
