Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 90 days of receiving your order.
How to Return (Raging Bull Website)
- Lodge your return through our returns portal here.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- If your order is faulty or you receive the incorrect products or sizes, please contact our customer support team at enquiries@ragingbull.co.uk and we'll be happy to assist you through the process.
UK Returns

Returns from within the UK are free of charge.
Third Party Returns
- If you are returning items from Debenhams, Mountain Warehouse or Secret Sales, please refer to the return instructions enclosed with your order. If you have misplaced the enclosed return sheet or you have any questions regarding the process, please feel free to reach out to us at enquiries@ragingbull.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.
International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend utilising a tracked service as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds & Multi-Buy Promotions

Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

If your purchase was part of a multi-buy promotion (for example, “2 for £100”), and you return one of the items, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotion.

Example: If you bought 2 items for £100, but return one, you will be refunded the difference between the full price of the item you keep and the £100 paid.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or product, please place a new order as this is the fastest way for you to secure your new order.
Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.

Under UK law, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us you want to cancel.

If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
