Great news—you’re already enrolled! Sign in, sit back, and start earning those points.

Not a thing. If you’ve got an active account, you’re already part of the rewards program. If you’ve got more than one account, don’t worry—we’ve sorted it so you’ve got just one rewards account linked to your name.

Unfortunately, no. Points start racking up after you create your account. So make sure to sign up before your next order to start earning rewards!

Redeeming points is simple! Log in to your account, add the products you wish to purchase to your bag. Visit the checkout and redeem your points from the drop down menu, then click apply.

Plenty! You’ll bag points just for joining. Beyond that, you can earn by shopping, adding your birthday to your account, leaving us a review, or giving us a follow on socials. Find all the ways to stack those points on our rewards page

Nope. The more you shop and engage, the more you’ll earn. No ceilings here—just endless ways to rack up rewards.

If you return something, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

You absolutely can, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid, though the points redeemed for your discount will not be returned to your account.

Make sure you were signed into your rewards account when checking out—accidentally checking out as a guest is a common slip. If that’s the case, reach out to us enquiries@ragingbull.co.uk, and we’ll help apply those points to your account. Keep in mind, if you return your order or if it’s canceled, you won’t earn points.

Easy. Add your birthday under the ‘Ways to Earn Points’ section on rewards page. When your special day rolls around, we’ll email you a discount code that’s valid for 30 days.

Heads-up: Birthday rewards are just for you and can’t be transferred or sold. Any attempts to game the system may result in account termination.
