"This purchase was very frustrating, have no idea why we could email multiple conversations regarding the difficult surrounding E-gift card transfer but yhe card itself was not arriving. After a number of phone calls and many emails I can an alternative email. I have purchase a number of times before with no issues this time has made me question using RB again"
